Absolutely. Our migration team handles the entire transition process, including data transfer, template recreation, and SMTP configuration. Most migrations are completed within 48-72 hours with zero disruption to your sending schedule. We support imports from all major platforms.

Simple and usage-based: you pay a flat $15/month base fee that includes 10,000 emails. Anything above that is billed at $0.30 per 1,000 emails — no tiered penalties, no overage traps. Contacts, lists, segments, users, journeys, and every feature are unlimited. Your SMTP/SES provider charges (AWS SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.) are billed directly by your provider, never by us.

Absolutely. There are no annual commitments on Pay As You Go — cancel anytime from the billing dashboard and you won't be charged again. We'll finalize the current month's usage and close out the subscription. Your data stays accessible for 90 days in case you change your mind.
